Bangalore Events Sports Event Management is pleased to announce the 14th, Edition of the Bangalore Events Women Throw Ball Fest an Inter ? Corporate Women Throw Ball Tournament on a league cum knock out basis. The Tournament is scheduled on Saturday January 30th, 2016, at St. John?s Medical College Sports Complex , Koramangala , Bangalore. Three early Bird discount: First three teams that confirm with entry fee payment on or before Monday December 14th, 2015 will get a 10% discount on the entry fee only. The Participation fees: Rs.10,000 ( Excluding Jerseys ). Or The Participation fees: Rs.16,600 ( Including Jerseys only for 12 Players with Player?s Name, Company logo & Jersey Numbers ). @Rs.550/- per Jersey. Or The Participation fees: Rs.19,000 ( Including Jerseys & Shorts for 12 Players with Player?s Name, Company logo & Jersey Numbers ). @Rs.750/- per Jersey. Date of the Tournament : Saturday January 30th, 2015. Venue: St. John?s Medical College Sports Complex, Koramangala. The Last date for registration with entry fee is Monday January 4th, 2016. The tournament will be for only one day as date given above. There would a cash prize Winners only of The Champions CUP. Cash prize mentioned below will be, if 16 teams registered. Rs.12, 000/- For Winners only of the Champions Trophy including Trophy and Individual prizes. If there are less than 16 teams registered there will be no cash prizes. The cash prize will be given only if the participation fees is paid on or before the start of the tournament date. The cash prize will be given after receiving of the participation fees. If any team taking a discount other than early bird discount on the entry fees the cash prize will be reduced by 30 % of the cash prize amount. Please Note : Once participation fees paid there would be no refund of the fees on any circumstances. However the same could be carried over to the immediate next tournament. The fees will not be allowed if not availing in the next immediate tournament. It will be 7 a side plus 5 substitutes. (Total 12 players.) A company can field in a maximum of two teams with a 10% discount for the second team only including or excluding the T - Shirts category. The matches will start from 8.30. am to 5.00 pm on all days. A maximum of 16 Teams will be accommodated on a first cum first serve basis . If there are 16 teams participating the Teams will be divided into four groups of four teams in a group. A team will have to play maximum three league matches to qualify for the knock out stage. If there are only 12 teams participating the teams will be divided into three groups having three teams in each group. A team will have to play maximum two league matches to qualify for the knock out stage. Each Team may have to play minimum three matches a day. The knock out stage will be from the Quarter Finals / Semi Finals up to the Finals. If there are 16 teams participating there will be four cups pattern & if there are 12 teams participating there will be three cups pattern. In this tournament all the teams will qualify for the knock out stage according to the rankings based on the points during the league matches. Teams to qualify for the knock stage will have to complete all matches in the league matches. Teams who give a walk over in the league matches will not be qualified for the knock out stage. Teams who give a walk over in the league matches will be disqualified from the tournament. If there is four cups pattern it will be The Champions Trophy, The Classic Trophy, the Challengers Trophy & the Bangalore Events Shield. All teams from each group will qualify for the knock out stage provided the teams play all league matches. Teams who do not play all league matches will be disqualified from the tournament. If there is three cups pattern it will be The Champions Trophy, The Classic Trophy & The Bangalore Events Shield.
