Saturday, 05th Mar 2016 6.30 am - 4.00 pm Last date of registration 4th Mar 2016 6:00 pm From: KC Reddy Swimming Pool, Sadashivanagar, Bangalore at 6.30 am Age group: 18+ Rates Without bicycle: Rs.900 / person With bicycle: Rs.1500 / person Includes breakfast, refreshments, Lunch, mechanical support and bicycle transit (if any) Level 1 cycling trek for beginners Total Cycling Distance: 30 km Landmark on the way: Ghati Subramanya temple Event Organizer: ICycle Solutions Pvt Ltd Description - This trail (Cycling to Ghati Subramanya) is a Level 1 cycling trek covering an approx 30 kms of cycling distance with a cost of Rs.900 which includes breakfast, refreshments, Lunch, mechanical support and bicycle transit (if any). Level 1: Among the easiest of ghats to peddle, this trail (approx 30kms) covers the surroundings of Ghati Subramanya temple. If you have gone easy on the trail before and still don't want to go real hard on yourself yet with a really demanding trail, then you should try the Ghati Ghats trail which is designed for the level 1 cyclists who intend to try moderate elevation before scaling tougher heights. PARTICIPATION CANCELLATION (Patron cancels his/her participation from an event) 1.) If the patron cancels his/her participation from a registered event, a credit is provided as mentioned below. There will be no refund of the amount, only a credit for the patron to purchase any other product with a validity period of 6 months from the date of cancellation. a.) If the patron cancels the registration between the ninth and twelfth week from the event date, he/she is eligible for a credit of 75% of the registration amount. b.) If the patron cancels the registration between the fifth and eighth week from the event date, he/she is eligible for a credit of 50% of the registration amount. c.) If the patron cancels the registration in less than four weeks from the event date, he/she is not eligible for any credit. DURATION CHARGES 09 - 12 weeks before E1 75% credit 05 - 08 weeks before E1 50% credit <=04 weeks from E1 0% credit * all values rounded off to the nearest whole number. * E1 = Trail Event date. PARTICIPANT NO SHOW (Patron does not turn up for the trail on the event day) 1.) If the patron doesn't turn up on the event day, no refund/credit is provided. EVENT CANCELLATION (ICYCLE.in cancels the event) 1.) If ICYCLE.in cancels/defers any event, the registered patrons will receive a credit or refund of 100% of the registration amount. Refund will be done to your bank account (used for payment) within 15 working days. Credit will be valid for 6 months.

1.) If ICYCLE.in cancels/defers any event, the registered patrons will receive a credit or refund of 100% of the registration amount. Refund will be done to your bank account (used for payment) within 15 working days. Credit will be valid for 6 months.
