Aqua Derby a swimming competition is going to be organized by JN Creation. The competition will include 4 categories as mentioned below. The event is focused to create awareness about swimming as a sport in India. The event will be conducted at one of the best swimming pools designed as per the international standards. It will be a 2-day long event from morning till evening. Eligibility Criteria The age group of the participant should be from 6 years to 16 years on the event day. Event Category Category1 - Under 7 Category2 - Under 10 Category3 - Under 13 Category4 - Under 16 Note - Different competition will be held for girls & boys in each category. Style & Distance Free Style 50 M in each category mentioned above. Parent/guardian presence is compulsory. 2. Swimming costume is mandatory. (Costume, Caps, Goggles) 3. Hydration will be provided. 4. Lifeguard and Medical facilities will be given. 5. All the parents need to sign the indemnity form before starting the event, the same will be sent to the registered individuals. 6. Your safety is strictly your responsibility, hence follow the directions and details provided by the present volunteers and coordinators. 7. Smoking and chewing are strictly prohibited. Terms & Conditions • Provide us with a secure email ID/mobile number that you can access regularly since this will be our primary means of communication during the run-up to the event • Any notice sent to the email address registered with the organizers shall be deemed as received by the participant. • Swimmers may not use any device or material, which is designed to improve performance. This includes, without limitation, hand paddles, snorkels, fins, or floatation devices. • Swimmers must have their heads covered, either with a swimming cap or woolen or other warm hats. • With the exception of a hat, swimmers may not wear any additional clothing, e.g. gloves, neoprene socks or a wet-suit of any description, whether made of neoprene or any other material, even for dipping. • Swimmers may wear goggles. • You understand and confirm that during the event, winners will be decided by referee/umpires/judges. Referee/umpires have all the rights to eliminate any participant if not following the rules and guidelines as instructed. • The organizers reserve the right to reject any application without providing reasons.
