Ladies Washroom with Locker & Shower facility 2. Ample car parking space 3. Access to Swimming Pool Special Instructions: 1. Wear comfortable clothing, cap or shades, carry hand towels & wet tissues. 2. Bring your own water bottles and ensure you are adequately hydrated (Refills available). 3. Terms

1. Entries will be confirmed only upon payment on first come first serve basis. Offline entries shall be entertained only through the Tournament Director in exceptional cases. 2. Deadline: Entry closes by 18th Oct 2019 1:00 PM. 3. No Refund shall be made for no show or cancellation. 4. Players are expected to stick to the order of play and rescheduling requests will not be entertained. 5. Players are expected to report at least 15 minutes prior to Match start time. 6. Players are responsible for keeping the scores & report match results with scores after the match. No line umpires/chair umpires will be provided & players have to make line calls on their own. 7. Players are expected to stick to the break times & resolve the conflicts during the match themselves in a professional way. 8. Improper attire, filthy language, throwing of rackets, damaging the court, any other verbal/non verbal threats, etc. will not be entertained and will lead to disqualifying the player without any refund. 9. The decision of the organizers shall be final in all matters relating to this tournament.
